Treat people well
Harassment, threats, hate speech targeting identity, and coordinated pile-ons are not allowed anywhere on Zumis — chats, groups, spaces, status or channels.

Zumis works because people can trust who is on the other side. These rules apply to everyone, everywhere on the platform.
Harassment, threats, hate speech targeting identity, and coordinated pile-ons are not allowed anywhere on Zumis — chats, groups, spaces, status or channels.
Bulk unsolicited messaging, mass friend requests, phishing, fake giveaways, investment fraud and payment scams get accounts removed. Automated rate limits catch most of this before a person has to.
Zero tolerance for any sexual content involving minors, grooming, or attempts to contact children. Such accounts are banned immediately and reported to the authorities.
Do not pretend to be another person, a business, or Zumis staff. Verified creators and channels must reflect who they really are.
Do not publish someone's personal information, private media or location without consent. Recording a call or sharing private media beyond its intended audience is a violation.
Terrorist and violent extremist material, incitement to violence, sale of weapons or controlled substances, non-consensual intimate imagery, and malware are all forbidden.
Reports enter a moderation queue. Depending on severity and history, we issue a warning, restrict features, suspend the account or ban it permanently. Every action is logged and can be appealed by writing to support@zumis.life.
